This just in...

On KLG and Hoda this morning, they references this study which said Weight Watchers was twice as effective as the generally doctor prescribed diet and exercise. Those in Weight Watchers lost twice as much weight over the long haul.

I might need to sign up again!

  1. I have heard that the points in Weight Watchers are much easier to work with. You said you might need to sign up 'again'. When did you start it? was it helpful to you?

  2. I started back in the summer. It was helpful to me, but I am easily frustrated by losing weight, since it's an old battle. I lost about 10 pounds, kept following the program, but gained it back. I learned (after I quit) that it's pretty normal to have some "bounces" where weight goes up and down while you're on the program, but if you stick with it, (which I didn't) you WILL lose weight.
