What week is this again?

Whoo, awesome.  I'm at 227.6, which is a weight gain of like four pounds or something?   Guess how many times I've worked out since last post.  Just guess.

A big whopping 0 times.  I need motivation again.  I need constant motivation.

  1. i watched about 5 mins of the "biggest loser" the other night. (i don't like most reality tv. stuff as they always, eventually, pit each other against each other and it seems to ruin all the great community and comradery they build) but the small part that i watched was inspiring. some guy lost 77 lbs in his first 4 weeks!

    also, i just put on some clothes i want to fit into that i still don't fit into and then remember why i wanted to fit into them.. so i go work out.
